Technical Support and Reports
- The Cantook site has a "General Help" area for support with searching, downloading, mobile devices and ebook readers, and more.
- Libraries are expected to troubleshoot technical issues, as stated in the participation agreement. Please do not have patrons contact either OLS staff or Cantook directly - library staff must initiate all help requests.
- If you're unable to assist a patron with a technical issue, please contact help@demarque.com
