Create a
My Ontario account for the library or contracting municipality to gain access to Ontario government programs and services. Since all libraries are already registered in Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON), link your profile to the organization’s existing profile and confirm that you are able to see the organization’s past applications and payments.

If you are already registered for a My Ontario account, you do not need to re-register.
Note: In 2023,
My Ontario accounts replaced ONe-key and GO Secure IDs. If you have not yet migrated your profile to My Ontario, you will need to do so this year before proceeding.
