Funding and Grants

We are very pleased to announce that OLS will once again receive up to $582,000 in Connectivity Funding from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming for the 2024/2025 fiscal year (April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025).  This funding is dedicated to currently participating libraries only.  
 
Eligible expenses for those libraries serving a population of under 20,000 will be covered for all branches at 100%.  For those serving a population over 20,000, eligible expenses will be covered at a percentage to be determined as funding allows.
 
Reimbursement process:
In order to expedite processing, please submit your reimbursement request via our online form.

Timelines:                                                                         
Reimbursement requests must be received by January 10, 2025.  Payments will be calculated for the 12-month period and reimbursed as soon as possible.
