The EXCEL Certificate Program is a practical, self-directed, and flexible online learning experience that develops core skills in all areas of public library service.
- Start anytime. Enrollment is open 365 days a year, for all EXCEL courses!
- Learn at your own pace. Course access lasts for one year from the date of enrollment.
- Pick and choose. Complete individual courses based on interest or pursue the full EXCEL certificate.
Each course is supported by a subject expert tutor from the Ontario public library field. This program is best suited to anyone working in a public library without a library technician diploma or a graduate level degree in library and information studies.
