The JASI team will provide libraries with a demonstration, as well as answer any questions around holds and using the Holds group of Wizards. 

Learning Objectives:

1. Clearly demonstrate how to place, modify, or remove holds on behalf of library users;

2. Effectively use the Onshelf Items and Trap Holds Wizards effectively;

3. Demonstrate to library users how to place holds through their online account.
